In organising many similar conferences and events at Telstra; I have had the opportunity to witness a number of presenters speak on different topics however I would consider yours to be second to none. The “Blackbelt in Excellence” event run recently was one of the most highly rated events in this Chapter’s Education Program. The sequence of activities was top class and each built on the learning of the previous activities. What can I say? How good are you!! Our meetings before and at the conference not only reassured me of your professionalism but also impressed me greatly about your intuitive ability to understand the messages, which we were trying to deliver to our delegates. And might I say that you delivered those messages in spades! It is difficult to hold the attention of a 300 strong audience for almost an hour but you managed to do that without hearing a pin drop, other than the injection of laughter and applause. I cannot speak too highly of your dynamic and interactive stage presentation “blackbelt in excellence”. I have received nothing but positive feedback from so many of our delegates, some suggesting that the conference generally and your keynote address in particular were the best we have had. I wanted to take the opportunity to thank you for the recent workshop and keynote address you delivered for the national Sensis Learning and Development team during our recent team event in Melbourne. Some of the words the team and I now use to describe you and the work you do at  “blackbelt in excellence” include; energetic, inspiring, challenging, rewarding, thought…wait, action provoking!! The time you spent with me prior to the workshop was invaluable in preparing for the session. You really took the time to understand what my desired outcomes were and you were obviously focused and committed to ensuring they were achieved.  You even managed me when I had some initial doubts that the team would be open and responsive!  All I can say is that the preparation paid off, in bucket loads! The workshop was not only incredibly relevant for the team but it took a newly formed group of employees who were unsure of themselves and what they were capable of, both as individuals and as a group, to a place where there is a whole new dynamic in play!  The team was really able to challenge some of their initial thinking and beliefs and really consider new possibilities – they were inspired by your words but more importantly, inspired by their capacity to do something they never thought was possible and in that, consider what else was possible for them as individuals and as a team. Right from the start you told me the session would break down barriers and have the team thinking and acting in a new way – and you were right!  I have seen such improvement in attitude and behaviour since the workshop – it really was a great success!

Your efforts to both physically get to us and prepare your presentation at such short notice are to be commended. One thing I have learnt from my two years in South Australia is that the business world is very conservative, which means the task of motivation becomes a true art form. I thank you for creating a sense of Toyota Sales ownership amongst your audience last night. Your approach to the Toyota Sales Network was simple, but very effective . . . mind over matter will always produce the desired result. Whether it is Martial Arts, Lawn Bowls, Beauty Therapy or Toyota Sales the desire for that exclusive “Blackbelt in Excellence” should never die.

Peter was sensational. He met with us on a number of occasions in the lead up to the event to ensure his presentation was tailored to our specific needs. He blew us away!

Peter was engaged to be our key-note speaker, workshop facilitator and MC.

Peter's messages, as well as his unique delivery methods resonate very well with people, regardless of age, education, experience and attitude. His energy is both overwhelming (!) and inspiring, and this is conveyed in a practical and also humorous style.

It was great to be in your audience again yesterday.

My choice of career and industry has lead to me attending many conferences and exposed me to many speakers. Among them have been Bryan Tracy, Skip Turner, Alan Pease, Winston Marsh, Tom Hopkins, Brett Lee and Leigh Matthews.
